Blocking (It) Out.

My generation was known for playing very loud rock music.

I have come to realize that what we were doing was blocking out the world.

We were blocking out everything around us which caused us pain and listening to music that inspired pleasure.

What we didn't know was that the rock music we were listening to was evil.

Dark lyrics and dirge-like music were sabotaging our spiritual quest and addicting us to pleasure.

Now I see young people walking around with earplugs in listening to rock music day and night.

I believe they are blocking out the world and its pain.

What they don't realize, however, is that the rock music they are listening to is poisoning them and addicting them to pleasure.

Rock music sows negativity and induces death.

They do not realize that their rock stars are evil.

So stop listening to rock music and try classical, sacred music.

You will be amazed at the difference.

It will calm your jangled nerves and introduce you to Life.

The Surplus.

What we have to realize is that, far from being the guilty party, the Hippies were the victims of Satanism in rock music.

The suffering that was induced by the rock music of the 1960s and 1970s was extensive.

Drug addiction, divorce, degradation, criminality, depression, mental-illness, suicide.....

All these things can be traced directly to the rock music of the era.

And it doesn't stop there.

Generation X were turned to evil by their rock stars.

Generation Y were told to sin.

Later generations have been led to witchcraft and wickedness.

This has caused great suffering for all those affected.

And all of this evil malice was unsolicited and undeserved.

So we are looking at a gigantic surplus of good fortune.

Death.

Death is a theological fiction.

There is no state, no place, no condition; no substance, spirit, or kingdom of Death.

And there is no devil to rule Death.

These things derive in Christianity from the writings of St. Paul.

Paul was educated in an extreme Pharisaic school which practised strict celibacy.

These ideas were imported from Persian mythology in the ancient world.

But they do not correspond to the reality.

In reality there is only God's Love.

Any images or lyrics of Death come from Satanism in  rock music and popular entertainment.

These may affect your mind.

But not your spiritual condition.

Or your fate.

So immerse yourself in God's abundant Life and Love.

Which is everywhere and everything.

And banish Death from your mind forever.

Life.

You bathe in the water of the silvery sea.
Diving and swimming in the cool morning light.

Your body is full of beautiful life.
Tanned and muscled like a Grecian athlete.

You breathe in the wind.

You rejoice in the water.

You display the innocence of the unobserved.
You delight in the freedom of the unrestrained.

From the shoreline I watch you.
Waiting and hoping.

At last you wade slowly towards the shore.

I wait.  I watch.  I dare to approach you.

My heart swells with waves of beautiful love.

I embrace you and enter the sanctuary of Life.

Revelation.

An Alternative Interpretation*:

The Hippie Generation can be represented as a woman (Venus/Libra) clothed in the sun (Leo), the Great Red Dragon is Scorpio (Mars) which is Satanism in the rock music of the 1960s & 1970s.

The woman fled into the wilderness to Hippie communes in the bush.

The water poured out from the mouth of the serpent is the flood of evil unleashed by Generation X in the 1980s & 1990s.

And the Dragon went off to make war with her children - Generation Y and the Millennials.

But the Dragon (Scorpio) is defeated.

And superseded by New Jerusalem (Aquarius).

Church.

When I was thirteen I refused to be confirmed in the Christian Church because my experience of institutional Christianity did not match my intuitive understanding of Jesus or God.

Like many of my generation I got involved with Eastern religion through Yoga and learned many helpful and enlightening practices.

But something was wrong.

And I set out to discover what was wrong with the world by studying mythology and ancient religions.

Eventually my experience led me back to the Christian Church.

The study of modern scholars and progressive theologians was very helpful to my development.

What I have learnt from Progressive Christianity is that without forgiveness there can be no progress.

Jesus is the epitome of forgiveness.

Other lessons I have come to appreciate are:

Putting others before ourselves liberates us from the relentless self-obsession which is the source of much of our suffering.

Gratitude for the spiritual assistance I have been given deepens my relationship with God.

But it is the practice of unconditional love that leads to the sanctuary - our heart of hearts - and union with God.

Jesus taught us to love God and love our neighbor.

So, far from rejecting Jesus and Christianity, I have found a way through the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth to form a closer relationship with God.

Our Common Humanity.

As we come more closely into contact with each other and experience differences in culture we should not cling too tightly to our precious ideas.

Ideology is the cause of many of the world's conflicts.

Instead we should maintain an awareness of our shared humanity.

We are all human beings in one big family.

In families there is often conflict.

But there is also security and love.

So, rather than identifying with our ideas, we should concentrate on our common humanity.

Culture Clash.

As globalization continues in our world the ideas that form the basis of people's cultures will come into conflict.

Unless this problem is addressed positively this will end in physical conflict and violence.

Aquarius stands for tolerance.

But mere tolerance may not be enough.

We must introduce dialogue between the various cultures or they will harden into blocks which will compete against each other for supremacy.

One way of managing this standoff is to introduce a political solution.

But to do this we must have honest interaction which addresses the basic problems which separate us.

Multiculturalism may be dead.
But this mingling of cultures in a peaceful society may be our only hope.

Homosexuality.

Homosexuality is not a sin.

Ancient commentators had no understanding of sexual orientation.

They believed that everyone was born heterosexual and that people who engaged in homosexual activity were being deliberately perverse.

But our modern understanding is that some people are born with a homosexual orientation.

Homosexuality is part of God's good creation.

Therefore any moral objections are no longer valid.

Leaders.

Don't allow rock stars and celebrities to lead you.

What they will do is pretend that they epitomize your ideals then take the steering wheel and turn you towards sin and evil.

This is what happened to the Hippies of the 1960s.
Rock stars turned peace and love into sex and drugs and rock and roll in precisely this manner.

So don't believe their videos and their tweets.

They will betray you and turn your hopes to ruin.

Force.

We must be wary of forcing our ideas onto other people.

Our ideas may be right.

They may be enlightened.

They may be beautiful.

They may be sublime.

But we have no right to force them onto other people.

Other people will come to understanding in their own time.

This does not mean we should not express our truth.

We have the right to express our ideas.

But we cannot force others to see.

Instead we should pray that everyone may see more clearly, including ourselves.

It may be that an inferior perception is being forced upon us.  We should not battle for supremacy but cry out to God for help.

God knows non-violent ways that we do not understand.

"What is impossible for mortals is possible for God."  Luke 18:27 (NRSV)

Supposed To.

When we first become involved with religion it seems to be all about what we're supposed to do.

Because God is good it's all about being good.

We're supposed to volunteer, we're supposed to give money to charities, we're supposed to pray, we're supposed to be honest and truthful, we're supposed to fear God etc.......

But, although these things may mostly be good, this is not in fact how God intended it to be.

Most of these things are done out of fear - fear of damnation and hell.

What God intended was not to terrify us into being good but to inspire us to love.

And this involves overcoming our fears.

If we open our hearts we may still do many of the same things but we will not be doing them out of fear we will be doing them out of love.

Wolves.

Part of the reason we cannot see the evil around us is because most people are good.

And we project our goodness onto other people who may not be good at all.

We think that they are like us.

But they may not be.

Evil will often take on the guise of goodness in order to lead people astray and consign their souls to hell.

If that were possible.

So do not assume that others are good like you.

They may be wolves in sheep's clothing.

Popular Satanism.

Because there is no Satan in reality does not mean that there are no Satanists.

Our modern scientific world does not believe in a supernatural devil.

Devil worship is thought to be a fringe phenomenon that does not have much influence on our society.

My contention, however, is that there are many famous rock stars, celebrities, and sportsmen who believe in the devil and have sold their souls for fame and fortune and a rock star reception.

Most of them are following the rock legends of the 1960s and 1970s who practised covert Satanism as set out by Aleister Crowley in his writings.

This is perceived to have been so successful that many have been tempted to follow in their footsteps.

And the reason that their cover-ups work so well is precisely because we don't believe in the devil.

But how does it work if there is no devil?

If you look at the writings of Aleister Crowley and others you will find that they claim that the serpent (Kundalini) of Yoga is Satan and the mind powers which develop by taking drugs in combination with practising Yoga are in the power of the devil.

This, of course, is metaphysical sleight of hand.
But many choose to believe it out of greed and lust.

The mind powers that develop work through the collective unconscious directly and indirectly through backtracking and subliminal images.

Their influence is entirely negative (backwards).

So young people who walk around with earplugs in listening to their music day and night are being poisoned and crippled.

They aspire to sex, and money, and evil.

Generations have suffered intensely from their influence through drugs, divorce, suicide, and atheism.

It is not possible to make sense out of our modern world unless you realize that this evil influence is affecting everyone.

It is negative, it is isolating, and it kills.

It corrupts those in power.

And it preys on the vulnerable.

It scapegoats minorities.

And it blames the Church.

Have you noticed that since the 1960s Church attendances have been dropping?

Now, 50 years later, the churches are empty.

This phenomenon is the direct result of Satanism in rock music and the popular culture.

It affects you subconsciously so you are unaware of its influence.

In fact you will deny it and defend the culprits.

So.

Wake up!

Open your eyes!

And see!

Sand.

Satanism is built on a foundation of dualism.

The whole philosophy of Satanism is based on the idea that reality is dualistic.

Iranian dualism contended that God (Ahura Mazda) created a world which was all life, light, and truth and the devil (Angra Mainyu) created a world which was all death, darkness, and falsehood; the real world was the result of the battle between these two conflicting forces.

These concepts infected Judaism during the Persian Empire and subsequently entered into Christian thinking.

The point being that if you think dualistically and God is all good then there must be a devil who is all evil.

But this is not necessarily the case.

God is transcendent - i.e. beyond sin and evil.

Sin and evil are not the creation of some supernatural devil but the result of human ignorance and fear.

So Satanism is built on sand.

Once humankind realizes that our dualistic thinking does not correspond to the reality then the dubious edifice of Satanism will collapse like a house of cards.

God (and reality) are holistic - i.e. everything is part of the whole which is God.

There is no need for a supernatural devil to explain sin and evil.

Human ignorance and fear are quite sufficient.

So my contention is that there is no devil in reality.

Only God's beautiful Love.

Ceres and the Earth.

Modern astrology consigns the three recently discovered celestial bodies - Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto - to rulership of the signs Aquarius, Pisces, and Scorpio respectively.

In ancient times the five planets: Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn - each governed two signs - the night sign and the day sign.

The Sun and the Moon each ruled a single sign.

This leaves two signs - Virgo and Taurus - without their own rulers.

Mercury rules both Gemini and Virgo.

My contention is that Virgo should be ruled by the dwarf planet Ceres which is the largest body in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter.

My reasoning is that since Pluto has been demoted to the status of dwarf planet there is a precedent for dwarf planets ruling signs.

And Virgo, as an earth sign, is ideally suited to Ceres who was the Roman goddess of grains, the harvest, fertility, and motherhood.

She was the mother of Proserpine who was abducted by Pluto - another link to the dwarf planet Pluto.

Many of Ceres' attributes were later taken over by the Virgin Mary.

So my contention is that Ceres should be the modern ruler of Virgo.

This leaves Taurus, which is currently ruled by Venus, as is Libra.

Libra - as ruler of relationships, love, and marriage - seems the logical home for Venus.

Taurus the Bull is an earthy fertility sign arriving as it does at the height of Spring.

In ancient times the Spring Equinox was located in Taurus.

One possibility is that Taurus is ruled by the Earth itself as represented by the ancient Greek goddess Gaia who was the wife of the sky god Uranus.

Together they were called the grandparents of the gods because they gave birth to the Titans who preceded the Olympian gods.

This relates to the mythology of mother earth - fertility and abundance, flowers and fruit - all of which are very Taurean.

So there you have it.

The picture is complete.

Virgo is ruled by Ceres.

Taurus is ruled by the Earth.

Voices.

The world will tell you to compete, achieve, climb; spend, consume, acquire; watch, listen, follow.....

Evil will ruin your relationships, isolate you, kill you.

But God will forgive you, bless you, love you.

And lead you into Eternal Life.

So turn off the media and turn to God.

He will deliver you.

Open Your Hearts!

When we look at the modern world with its materialism, its violence, its war, its racism, its homophobia, its evil.....

We can sometimes despair.

Where is the answer?

We have no say.

We have no power.

We have no time.

But God despairs with us.

What He asks of us is this:

Open your hearts!

Then the world will begin to be less cold, less cruel, less lonely.....

And God will say, "Here I am."

Forgiveness.

We are not born omniscient.

So it is inevitable that we will make mistakes and fall short of the ideal.

Therefore forgiveness is essential.

Without forgiveness there can be no progress.

Jesus said, "'Your sins are forgiven.'"  Mark 2:9 (NRSV)

In his parables the king is always writing off debts.

So don't be afraid to make a mistake.

You will be forgiven.

And you might just learn something.

Sin.

Who told you to sin?

Who told you sin is fun?

Who made sin fashionable?

Who told you sin is harmless?

Satanists in rock music.

The wages if sin is death to God (St. Paul).

This is what they believe.

They have betrayed you into death.

We live in darkness and evil.

Open your eyes!

Targets.

Satanism is all about sex and death.

"Make them fxxk."

And as such their major targets are young girls and musclemen.

Young girls are encouraged to think of themselves as sex objects for boys.

They are told that they will get what they want by meeting their boyfriend's sexual requirements.

So you will see them in the streets and in nightclubs virtually naked.

Musclemen are told that they are monsters, beasts, and animals.

This is because they are a major sexual fantasy for many - women and men - and people copy and follow them.

Satanists believe that fornication and homosexuality lead to death and hell.

So their objectives are met:

Sex is available.

And everyone is dead.

But what we are really looking for is love.

And love is intimately associated with God.

God is good.

His mercy is infinite.

His forgiveness is everlasting.

And His Love is unconditional.

Pop Stars.

Do not blindly follow pop stars even if they lay claim to ideals.

They are cynical and sinister.

They will betray your ideals.

And stab you in the back.

Nudity.

There is nothing wrong with nudity in itself.

But unfortunately nudity is being used in our modern world as a hook.

Nudity is used to get your attention and then fill your mind with death and evil.

This practice is widespread and derives from Satanists in our popular music, entertainment, and sports.

They will try to addict you and get your money.

One way or another.

So be wary of people who use gratuitous nudity.

Watch where it leads your mind.

And you will see!

Unorthodox.

Could God be unorthodox?

God is beyond our human conceptions.

God is transcendent and sublime.

God is beautiful.

God is elegant.

The traditional concept of God as ruler and judge, even if watered down by modern liberals, persists in our churches, mosques, synagogues, and temples.

We seem unable to let go of the idea that God might punish us.

We cannot let go of our fear.

But God says:

"Fear not."

"Trust me."

"I love you."

Tradition.

Jesus said, "'And why do you break the commandment of God for the sake of tradition?'"  Matthew 15:3 (NRSV)  "'You hypocrites! Isaiah prophesied rightly about you when he said: "This people honors me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me, in vain do they worship me, teaching human precepts as doctrines."'"  Matthew 15:7-9 (NRSV)
"'....thus making void the word of God through your tradition that you have handed on.  And you do many things like this.'"  Mark 7:13 (NRSV)

And they still do this today - ignoring the words of Jesus for the sake of tradition.

Many Churches teach doctrines which have been developed long after the Gospels were written, many of which contradict the teachings of Jesus himself.

We see this with the doctrines that derive from the writings of St. Paul and St. Augustine.

But they hold fast to their tradition and threaten any deviance from strict orthodoxy.

Jesus would say to them what he said to the Pharisees - "You Hypocrites."

Philosophy.

There are many schools of philosophical thought which have developed throughout history.

From primitive practices of appeasement of the gods, through asceticism, atonement, karma, reincarnation, good works, logical positivism, and enlightenment to modern liberal humanism.

All these philosophies are attempts to make sense of our lives.

And they are not without value.

But it is when we encounter God through unconditional love that we at last see the light.

God is Love.

And life is about finding and embracing love.

We must open our hearts.

Then we will begin to live.

If someone came to me searching for an answer I would say to them, "Love someone."

Because love puts you in touch with a higher power.

And if there is no one in your life to love then love God.

God will requite your love.

Bad.

Who told you sex is bad?

Who sang "I'm bad!"?

Who made bad glamorous?

Who made bad good?

Contrary to popular opinion it was not the Church but Satanists in the popular culture.

Rock stars and celebrities brainwash everyone and the Church gets the blame.

This betrays their roots in Satanism.

They corrupt everyone and blame God.

This is the conundrum which we face.

So don't just take things at face value.

Look beneath the surface and see the malice and evil which lurks there.

Then you might understand.

Satanism is Sports.

Although we are unsuspecting Satanism is rife in professional sports.

Whether it be football, or cricket, or baseball, or tennis, or even horse racing the lure of big money has corrupted many.

The traditional path of selling your soul to the devil was popularized by the rock legends of the 1960s and many have secretly followed their lead.

So that now a web of evil permeates our popular media.

Violent and sinister words and images are common in sports commentary and advertising.

So don't ignore objectionable incidents in televised sports.

They may be the work of Satanists hidden in our media and entertainment.

Saving Our Souls.

When I say that the counter-culture was a curse induced by rock music I do not mean that the Hippies themselves were evil.

I believe that the Baby-Boomer generation was good and idealistic but that their rock legends led them astray into lives of drugs and degradation.

In fact peace and love are important teachings of Jesus of Nazareth.

Sex and drugs and rock and roll derives from rock music.

And that is not to say that conservatism and corporate culture are good by default.  They represent the modern versions of the Pharisees and the Romans.

If we can distill the original innocence and idealism of the Baby-Boomers from the hedonism and decadence of rock music we may be able to save our souls.

Satanism induces extreme suffering.

And the Hippies have suffered intensely.

If we can recall the innocence and idealism that was present before it was corrupted and reconstructed we will go a long way to rediscovering our souls.

Paganini.

When we think about the counter-culture of the 1960s and 1970s we think of long hair, flared jeans, and marijuana.

This was inspired by the rock bands of the era.

Paganini was a virtuoso violinist of the early 19th Century.
It was rumored that he had sold his soul to the devil for fame and fortune and the perfection of his art.

He was known for his wild, unkempt appearance and the ferocity of his playing style.

The rock bands of the 60s & 70s were also rumored to have sold their souls to the devil for fame and fortune and the perfection of their art.

They were known for their wild, unkempt appearance and their loud rock music.

We have since seen Satanists in rock music take on a different look.

But drugs and decadence are a constant theme.

My point is that perhaps the rock legends of the 60s & 70s were devils in the style of Paganini.

Many of them followed the teachings of Aleister Crowley who was a known Satanist and black magician.  His writings include instructions on how to make a pact with the devil.

I believe that the whole of the drug-soaked counter-culture was a curse induced by the rock music of the time.

And that the rock bands that inspired it were secretly Satanic.

Jesus said that a tree is known by its fruit.

The fruits of rock music are: drug addiction, criminality, promiscuity, divorce, depression, suicide, degradation, and apostasy.

My prayer is that you will see.

And turn to God and be healed.
